Jude Gbaboyor Akpodubakaye personifies the transformative
impact of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP). A former armed agitator in
the Niger Delta who embraced amnesty and participated in the demobilization,
dis-armament and re-integration components of PAP. Today he holds both a BSc
and Master’s Degree in Software Engineering and also doubles as a fish farmer.
