The
Special Adviser to President on Niger Delta and Coordinator of the
Presidential Amnesty Programme, Brigadier General Paul Tarela Boroh
(Rtd) represents the key characteristics of good governance which make
governance to be participatory, consensus oriented, accountable,
transparent, responsive, effective, efficient and equitable.
Good
governance is all about being responsive to the present and anticipate
the future needs of the people being governed, while still exercising
prudence in policy-setting and decision-making, with a view to seeking
the best interests of all stakeholders.
Gen.
Boroh has brought hope to the people of Niger Delta, particularly the
beneficiaries of the Presidential Amnesty Programme through his
multi-track style of governance.
While
General Boroh is doing his best to bring succor to the Niger Delta
region, it is expected that the elected representatives in the region
should play their roles in governance.
Together we will make Niger Delta an enviable place for investment.
#IStandWithBoroh the Mr Empowerment.
