Five beneficiaries of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, were among one thousand three hundred and ninety (1390) successful candidates in the April 2017 Bar Final examinations being called to Bar by the Body of Benchers at the International Conference Centre, Abuja, last Thursday, while 29 other delegates currently in Law School are expected to be called to bar in the next batch in November 2017. The Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta and Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Brig-Gen. Paul Boroh (Rtd) has again advocated the urgent need for a well-articulated national skills-driven curriculum for vocational training institutions in the country as a way of stimulating innovative and creative human capacities among young people in the society.
